By accessing or using ImageResizer.org ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone who accesses or uses the Service.

2. Description of Service

ImageResizer.org provides free and paid online image editing tools including image resizing, compression, cropping, rotating, format conversion, and bulk processing. The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated or changed at any time.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Upload images that contain illegal content, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
• Upload images that infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Use the Service to distribute malware, spam, or harmful content.
• Attempt to overload, hack, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service without prior written permission.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract proprietary code from the Service.

4. Your Content

You retain full ownership of all images you upload. By uploading an image, you grant us a limited, temporary license solely to process it and return the result to you. This license expires immediately after processing is complete.

You represent and warrant that you have the right to upload and process any images you submit through the Service.

5. Free Plan Limitations

The free plan is subject to the following limits:

• Maximum file size: 10 MB per image.
• Up to 10 image operations per day.
• Batch processing up to 5 images at a time.

We reserve the right to adjust free plan limits at any time to maintain service quality. Upgrade to a Pro or Ultra plan for higher limits.

6. Paid Plans & Billing

Paid subscriptions (Pro and Ultra) are billed monthly. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.
• All payments are processed securely by Stripe.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on ImageResizer.org — including the design, logo, code, and text — is owned by ImageResizer.org and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that processed images will always meet your expectations.

We are not responsible for any loss of data, including uploaded images. Always keep a backup of your original files before processing.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ImageResizer.org shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or are misusing the Service. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify registered users of significant changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, or if necessary, through binding arbitration.
